It has been a delight to us in observing new habits from Rebecca.
One interesting one is that she has taken an affinity to Bones. Yes, BONES.
We had a dinner of prime roast that was lovely handcarried from Singapore (thanks Pop!) and I was sort of expecting some sort of reaction from Rebecca. She has taken to gnawing at her chicken wings (grilled, deskinned) for her meals and I've been told that she is able to clean the meat off the wings very well. All by herself. No help.
True enough, when she saw the 4-rib prime roast, she started pointing excitedly at it. I was pressurized by her into giving up my bone so that she can have her go at it. Just look at her enjoying it so much. She would even sniff at it and put it down when her hands get too tired, only to pick it up again to continue after her little rest.
Just look at her go!
Just in case you were wondering, we never leave Rebecca alone when she eats. So yes, she IS supervised and we make sure that the bones have no loose bits or jaggered edges.
And yes, this is definitely my daughter as I am the Resident Bone Master ever since I was a young child.
