Every morning, after she wakes (varies between 5:45 to 6:30 - dependent on how long she nurses in the morning), we will bring her out to the dining / living area and let her observe the morning activities taking place.After a while, she has her breakfast.
Breakfast is kept pretty simple at this stage: Cheerios, baby biscuits, bread (butter roll being a popular fav), steamed man tou (whilst supplies last), steamed japanese egg bun (resembles small egg huat kuehs) etc. We've tried giving her cereals or oats, but she never really took to them.
Since she doesn't like juice or barley or any other beverage, she has this with her all-time-fav: Water.
Rebecca has an independent streak in her.
She likes to self-feed and takes joy in feeling the textures of her food. This often results in a little mess as things get dropped on the floor, foods get squashed and smeared ... not very glamourous.

Think I've not gotten her "trained" to the camera yet...everytime she sees it she focuses on it and wants to grab it...:P
